Collaborate with the student to establish a practical project scope and a well-defined work schedule.
Conduct an initial orientation for the student, introducing them to the organization and fellow colleagues.
Maintain regular availability for meetings and supervision sessions with the student, offering constructive performance feedback.
Ensure access to necessary resources for project completion, including workspace, computer facilities, administrative support, and data access.
Provide written feedback for both the student and the educational institution through the completion of mid-point and final evaluation forms.
Commit to supporting the student’s professional growth by facilitating introductions to organizational leaders, attending practice placement meetings, and participating in informational interviews
